This is a modern-day David & Goliath story. Land owners pitted against an oil company that is taking their land. Take action! Stand up for land owner's property rights!
Calyx Energy, LLC (a company which has had three different names in the past two years), has begun drilling operations on Mark & Rachel Hall's property without their permission.
Calyx Energy acquired a majority of the mineral rights from a third party and is now in the preliminary stages of drilling operations on the Hall's property.
They have caused extensive damage to the property, but are refusing to pay acceptable surface damages. More information will be coming in the following weeks.
